Quotes
Every project starts with a written plan and a fixed price agreed before work begins. Prices and timelines mentioned in conversation are estimates until agreed.
Payment
Payment is made locally, in cash, through our team in Syria, as set out in your quote. Work begins once the agreed payment is confirmed.
Content & ownership
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you provide and for having the right to use them. Once paid in full, ownership of the final custom designs for your project transfers to you.
Domains & hosting
We may register domains and hosting on your behalf; annual renewals are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
We work hard to get results but cannot guarantee specific search rankings or sales figures, and are not liable for outages of third-party services.
